Impact of Refined Nursing on Negative Emotion and Skin Healing of Patients with Eczema
Objective To explore the impact of refined nursing on negative emotion and skin healing of patients with eczema.Methods 80 patients with eczema were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received refined nursing on the basis of the control group.The negative emotion,skin healing and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS score,SDS score,pruritus score,skin lesion severity score and eczema condition index score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Refined nursing can significantly alleviate the negative emotion of patients with eczema,promote skin healing,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
