Impact of Detailed Management Concept on Nursing Quality and Adverse Event Risk in Hospital Operation Room
Objective To explore the impact of detailed management concept on nursing quality and adverse event risk in hospital operation room.Methods 180 patients with surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine operation room management,and the observation group received operation room management with detailed management concept.The nursing quality,adverse events and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of health education,basic nursing,nurse-patient communication,operation technology,document writing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.22％,significantly lower than 11.11％in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was 96.67％,significantly higher than 86.67％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Detailed management concept can significantly improve the nursing quality in operation room,reduce the occurrence risk of adverse events,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
