摘要
目的 探讨基于移动APP的延续性护理在肺结核患者中的应用效果.方法 112例肺结核患者随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理+基于移动APP的延续性护理),比较两组的干预效果.结果 干预后,观察组的自我管理能力、WHOQOL-BREF评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于移动APP的延续性护理可提高肺结核患者的自我管理能力和生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on mobile APP in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 112 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(routine nursing+continuous nursing based on mobile APP).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the self-management ability scores and WHOQOL-BREF score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing based on mobile APP can improve the self-management ability and quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
