视听觉训练对重症监护病房护士共情疲劳的影响

摘要
目的 探讨视听觉训练在重症监护病房护士中的应用效果.方法 70名重症监护病房护士随机分为两组各35名,对照组采用分层培训,观察组在对照组基础上采用视听觉训练,比较两组的共情疲劳和核心胜任力.结果 训练后,观察组的共情满意评分均高于对照组,职业倦怠、继发性创伤应激评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).训练后,观察组的专业知识、专业技术、专业能力、心理素质评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 视听觉训练可缓解重症监护病房护士的共情疲劳,提高其核心胜任力.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of visual and auditory training in nurses in intensive care unit.Methods 70 nurses in intensive care unit were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given hierarchical training,and the observation group was given visual and auditory training on the basis of the control group.The compassion fatigue and core competence were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the compassion satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of job burnout and secondary traumatic stress were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After training,the scores of professional knowledge,professional technology,professional ability and psychological quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Visual and auditory training can alleviate the compassion fatigue of nurses in intensive care unit and improve their core competence.
