Impact of Visual and Auditory Training on Compassion Fatigue of Nurses in Intensive Care Unit
Objective To explore the application effect of visual and auditory training in nurses in intensive care unit.Methods 70 nurses in intensive care unit were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given hierarchical training,and the observation group was given visual and auditory training on the basis of the control group.The compassion fatigue and core competence were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the compassion satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of job burnout and secondary traumatic stress were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After training,the scores of professional knowledge,professional technology,professional ability and psychological quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Visual and auditory training can alleviate the compassion fatigue of nurses in intensive care unit and improve their core competence.
