Impact of Intensive Psychological Nursing on Negative Emotions and Compliance of Elderly Patients with Hypertension
Objective To observe the application effect of intensive psychological nursing in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 82 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the routine nursing group(routine nursing)and the intensive psychological nursing group(routine nursing+intensive psychological nursing).The negative emotions,compliance and blood pressure levels were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the HADS-A and HADS-D scores of the intensive psychological nursing group were lower than those of the routine nursing group,the total compliance rate was higher than that of the routine nursing group,and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intensive psychological nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of elderly patients with hypertension,improve their compliance and stabilize blood pressure.
