强化心理护理对老年高血压患者负面情绪及依从性的影响

摘要
目的 观察强化心理护理在老年高血压患者中的应用效果.方法 82例老年高血压患者随机分为常规护理组(常规护理)和强化心理护理组(常规护理+强化心理护理),比较两组的负面情绪、依从性和血压水平.结果 护理后,强化心理护理组的HADS-A、HADS-D评分均低于常规护理组,总依从率高于常规护理组,收缩压、舒张压均低于常规护理组(P＜0.05).结论 强化心理护理可缓解老年高血压患者的负面情绪,提高其依从性,稳定血压.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of intensive psychological nursing in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 82 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the routine nursing group(routine nursing)and the intensive psychological nursing group(routine nursing+intensive psychological nursing).The negative emotions,compliance and blood pressure levels were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the HADS-A and HADS-D scores of the intensive psychological nursing group were lower than those of the routine nursing group,the total compliance rate was higher than that of the routine nursing group,and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower than those of the routine nursing group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Intensive psychological nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of elderly patients with hypertension,improve their compliance and stabilize blood pressure.
