Observation on the Application Effect of Hypothermia Prevention Nursing in Total Hip Arthroplasty
Objective To observe the application effect of intraoperative hypothermia prevention nursing during total hip arthroplasty. Methods A total of 86 patients with total hip arthroplasty were divided into two groups. The routine nursing group was given routine intraoperative nursing, and the hypothermia prevention group was given intraoperative routine nursing+hypothermia prevention nursing. The body temperature, coagulation function and perioperative indicators were compared between the two groups. Results At 30 min of anesthesia,60 min of anesthesia and the end of surgery, the body temperatures of the hypothermia prevention group were significantly higher than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The postoperative APTT and PT of the hypothermia prevention group were significantly shorter than those of the routine nursing group, and the intraoperative blood loss amount, postoperative drainage volume and hospitalization time were significantly less than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of hypothermia prevention nursing during total hip arthroplasty can improve the body temperature of patients, prevent abnormal coagulation function, reduce the intraoperative blood loss amount, and promote the postoperative recovery of patients.
