Impact of Narrative Nursing with Multi-Perspective Framework on Stigma,Psychological State and Quality of Life in Hos-pitalized Patients with Schizophrenia
Objective To explore the impact of narrative nursing with multi-perspective framework on hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Methods 112 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received narrative nursing with multi-perspective framework.The stigma,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of stigma items,HAMA score,HAMD score and scores of quality of life items of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Narrative nursing with multi-perspective framework can effectively reduce the stigma and negative emotions of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia,and improve their quality of life.
