Impact of Integrated Medical and Nursing Care on Cardiac Function and Incidence of Major Cardiovascular Adverse Events in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease After PCI
Objective To explore the impact of integrated medical and nursing care on cardiac function and incidence of major cardiovascular adverse events(MACE)in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 86 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group. After surgery, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received integrated medical and nursing care. The cardiac function and occurrence of MACE were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and LVEF was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of MACE in the observation group was 4.65%,significantly lower than 20.93%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated medical and nursing care can effectively restore the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI and reduce the occurrence of MACE.
