Impact of Early Functional Training Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Re'anbao Intervention on the Rehabilita-tion of Lumbar Function After PKP in Patients with Lumbar Vertebral Compression Fracture
Objective To analyze the impact of early functional training combined with traditional Chinese medicine Re'anbao intervention on rehabilitation of lumbar function after percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)in patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods 60 patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture treated with PKP in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received early functional training combined with traditional Chinese medicine Re'anbao intervention. The pain degree, lumbar function and daily self-care ability were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the VAS and ODI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the Barthel index score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early functional training combined with traditional Chinese medicine Re'anbao intervention can reduce the pain degree after PKP in patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture, promote the rehabilitation of lumbar function, and improve daily self-care ability of patients.
