摘要
目的 分析综合护理对胃癌手术患者术后疼痛、负面情绪、并发症的影响.方法 80例胃癌患者随机分为两组各40例.术后,综合护理组给予综合护理,常规护理组给予常规护理.比较两组的疼痛程度、负面情绪及并发症.结果 术后1 d、2 d、3 d,综合护理组的VAS评分均显著低于常规护理组(P＜0.05).护理后,综合护理组的HADS-A评分、HADS-D评分、并发症总发生率均显著低于常规护理组(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理可缓解胃癌术后患者的疼痛及负面情绪,降低并发症发生风险.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of comprehensive nursing on postoperative pain,negative emotions and complications of patients with gastric cancer surgery.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.After surgery,the comprehensive nursing group received comprehensive nursing,and the routine nursing group received routine nursing.The pain degree,negative emotions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 d,2 d and 3 d after surgery,the VAS scores of the comprehensive nursing group were significantly lower than those of the routine nursing group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the HADS-A score,HADS-D score,and total incidence of complications of the comprehensive nursing group were significantly lower than those of the routine nursing group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can relieve the pain and negative emotions of patients after gastric cancer surgery and reduce the occurrence risk of complications.
