Objective To analyze the impact of comprehensive nursing on postoperative pain,negative emotions and complications of patients with gastric cancer surgery.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.After surgery,the comprehensive nursing group received comprehensive nursing,and the routine nursing group received routine nursing.The pain degree,negative emotions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 d,2 d and 3 d after surgery,the VAS scores of the comprehensive nursing group were significantly lower than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).After nursing,the HADS-A score,HADS-D score,and total incidence of complications of the comprehensive nursing group were significantly lower than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can relieve the pain and negative emotions of patients after gastric cancer surgery and reduce the occurrence risk of complications.
