Impact of Nurse-Patient Communication Skills on Cooperation Degree of Children with Bronchial Pneumonia and Parental Satisfaction Degree
Objective To analyze the impact of nurse-patient communication skills on cooperation degree of children with bronchial pneumonia and parental satisfaction degree.Methods 98 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing,and the study group applied nurse-patient communication skills during the nursing process.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The cooperation degree of children and parental satisfaction degree in the study group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing group,and the remission time of fever,cough and shortness of breath,and the disappearance time of wet rales were significantly shorter than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of nurse-patient communication skills during the nursing process of children with bronchial pneumonia has significant effect,which can improve the cooperation degree of children,promote symptom relief,and improve the parental satisfaction degree.
