摘要
目的 探讨全面护理模式在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果.方法 96例股骨颈骨折患者随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理+全面护理模式干预),比较两组的髋关节功能及生活质量.结果 护理后,观察组的Harris、WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 全面护理模式可改善股骨颈骨折术后患者的髋关节功能,提升其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing model in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 96 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(routine nursing+comprehensive nursing model intervention).The hip joint function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Harris and WHOQOL-BREF dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing model can improve the hip joint function of patients after femoral neck fracture surgery and improve their quality of life.
