基于微信平台的健康教育对血液透析动静脉内瘘患者依从性及不良情绪的影响

摘要
目的 探讨基于微信平台的健康教育在血液透析动静脉内瘘患者中的应用价值.方法 120例血液透析动静脉内瘘患者按照干预方式分为两组,对照组给予常规教育,观察组给予基于微信平台的健康教育,比较两组的依从性、不良情绪及并发症.结果 干预后,观察组的依从性评分均高于对照组,HADS-A评分、HADS-D评分以及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于微信平台的健康教育可提高血液透析动静脉内瘘患者的依从性,改善其不良情绪,减少并发症的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of health education based on WeChat platform in hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula.Methods 120 hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula were divided into two groups according to the intervention methods.The control group was given routine education,and the observation group was given health education based on WeChat platform.The compliance,negative emotions and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the HADS-A score,HADS-D score and incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Health education based on WeChat platform can improve the compliance of hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula,improve their negative emotions and reduce the occurrence of complications.
