Impact of Feedforward Control Combined with 4F Management on Emotion and Joint Function of Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture
Objective To explore the application effect of feedforward control combined with 4F management in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 80 patients with femoral neck fracture were divided into two groups.The control group received 4F management,and the observation group received feedforward control nursing on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions,hip joint function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the HAMA score,HAMD score and incidence of complications of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of dimensions of the Harris scale were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Feedforward control combined with 4F management can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with femoral neck fracture,improve their hip joint function and reduce the incidence of complications.
