前馈控制联合4F管理对股骨颈骨折患者情绪及关节功能的影响

摘要
目的 探讨前馈控制联合4F管理在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果.方法 80例股骨颈骨折患者分为两组.对照组给予4F管理,观察组在对照组基础上给予前馈控制护理.比较两组的负性情绪、髋关节功能以及并发症.结果 干预后,观察组的HAMA评分、HAMD评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组,Harris量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 前馈控制联合4F管理可缓解股骨颈骨折患者的负性情绪,改善其髋关节功能,降低并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of feedforward control combined with 4F management in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 80 patients with femoral neck fracture were divided into two groups.The control group received 4F management,and the observation group received feedforward control nursing on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions,hip joint function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the HAMA score,HAMD score and incidence of complications of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of dimensions of the Harris scale were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Feedforward control combined with 4F management can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with femoral neck fracture,improve their hip joint function and reduce the incidence of complications.
