术前脂代谢指标对早期宫颈癌患者根治术后复发的影响及预测价值分析

目的 探讨术前脂代谢指标对早期宫颈癌患者根治术后复发的影响及预测价值.方法 回顾性分析2020年9月至2022年6月在郑州市第三人民医院接受根治术治疗的82例早期宫颈癌患者的临床资料,根据其术后6个月随访期间的复发情况分为复发组(n=8)和未复发组(n=74).比较两组的术前脂代谢指标水平,分析术前脂代谢指标水平对早期宫颈癌患者根治术后复发的影响和预测价值.结果 复发组的术前TC水平低于未复发组,术前HDL-C水平高于未复发组(P＜0.05).Logistic回归分析显示,术前TC、HDL-C水平是早期宫颈癌患者根治术后复发的影响因素(P＜0.05).ROC曲线显示,术前TC联合HDL-C预测早期宫颈癌患者根治术后复发的曲线下面积为0.829,高于TC的0.780、HDL-C的0.730(P＜0.05).结论 术前TC、HDL-C水平是早期宫颈癌患者根治术后复发的影响因素,二者联合检测对术后复发的预测价值较高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact and predictive value of preoperative lipid metabolism indicators on recurrence after radical resection in patients with early cervical cancer.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with early cervical cancer who were treated with radical resection in Zhengzhou Third People's Hospital from September 2020 to June 2022 were retrospective analyzed.According to the recurrence during 6 months'follow-up period after surgery,all patients were divided into the recurrence group(n=8)and the non-recurrence group(n=74).The levels of preoperative lipid metabolism indicators were compared between the two groups,and the impact and predictive value of preoperative lipid metabolism indicators on recurrence after radical resection in patients with early cervical cancer were analyzed.Results The preoperative TC level in the recurrence group was lower than that in the non-recurrence group,and the preoperative HDL-C level was higher than that in the non-recurrence group(P＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative TC and HDL-C levels were the influencing factors of recurrence after radical resection in patients with early cervical cancer(P＜0.05).ROC curve showed that the area under the curve of preoperative TC combined with HDL-C in predicting recurrence after radical resection in patients with early cervical cancer was 0.829,higher than 0.780 of TC and 0.730 of HDL-C(P＜0.05).Conclusions Preoperative TC and HDL-C levels are the influencing factors of recurrence after radical resection in patients with early cervical cancer,and the combined detection of the two has high predictive value for postoperative recurrence.
