Analysis on the Risk Factors for the Occurrence of Delirium After Internal Fixation in Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture
Objective To analyze the risk factors for the occurrence of delirium after internal fixation in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods A total of 158 elderly patients with hip fracture were divided into delirium group and non-delirium group according to delirium or none after internal fixation.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the risk factors of postoperative delirium. Results Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative CFS score, preoperative hemoglobin and intraoperative hypoxia were independent influencing factors for the occurrence of delirium after internal fixation in elderly patients with hip fracture(P<0.05).Conclusions Preoperative CFS score, preoperative hemoglobin and intraoperative hypoxia are independent influencing factors for the occurrence of delirium after internal fixation in elderly patients with hip fracture.
