Value of Vaginal Ultrasound Combined with Ultrasound Contrast Detection in the Assessment of Pelvic Adhesions After Cesarean Section
Objective To explore the value of vaginal ultrasound combined with ultrasound contrast detection in the assessment of pelvic adhesions after cesarean section. Methods 96 puerperae with suspected pelvic adhesions after cesarean section from January 2020 to January 2023 in our hospital were selected.62 positive cases and 34 negative cases of pelvic adhesions were diagnosed by laparoscopy.96 puerperae were detected by vaginal ultrasound and ultrasound contrast, and the diagnostic results and diagnostic efficacy of the two methods were compared. Results 61 positive cases and 35 negative cases of pelvic adhesions after cesarean section were detected by vaginal ultrasound combined with ultrasound contrast.60 positive cases and 36 negative cases of pelvic adhesions after cesarean section were detected by vaginal ultrasound.60 positive cases and 36 negative cases of pelvic adhesions after cesarean section were detected by ultrasound contrast. The sensitivity, specificity and positive rate of vaginal ultrasound combined with ultrasound contrast were significantly higher than those of vaginal ultrasound or ultrasound contrast alone, but the negative rate was lower than that of vaginal ultrasound or ultrasound contrast alone(P<0.05).Conclusions Vaginal ultrasound combined with ultrasound contrast in the assessment of pelvic adhesions after cesarean section has higher diagnostic value, which is worthy of promotion.
