生物反馈电刺激结合系统化盆底康复锻炼在产后盆底功能障碍患者中的应用效果分析

目的 探讨生物反馈电刺激结合系统化盆底康复锻炼在产后盆底功能障碍(PFD)患者中的应用效果.方法 选择2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 10 月我院收治的 106 例产后PFD患者,随机分为试验组(n=53)和对照组(n=53).对照组予以系统化盆底康复锻炼,试验组予以生物反馈电刺激结合系统化盆底康复锻炼.比较两组的临床疗效及盆底检查结果.结果 试验组治疗总有效率为 90.57%,高于对照组的 75.47%(P<0.05).治疗后,试验组的痔疮、伤口疼痛、腰骶痛、尿失禁及盆腔器官脱垂发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 生物反馈电刺激结合系统化盆底康复锻炼能够明显增强产后PFD患者盆底肌肌力,改善其尿失禁、盆腔器官脱垂等症状,提升临床疗效.
Analysis on Application Effect of Biofeedback Electric al Stimulation Combined with Systematic Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Exercise in Patients with Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
Objective To explore the application effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods 106 patients with postpartum PFD admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=53)and control group(n=53).The control group was given systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise,and the experimental group was given biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise.The clinical efficacy and pelvic floor examination results were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.57%,higher than 75.47%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidences of hemorrhoids,wound pain,lumbosacral pain,urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise can significantly enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength of patients with postpartum PFD,improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse,and improve the clinical efficacy.
