电子结肠镜下圈套器冷切除术与高频电凝切除术治疗结直肠息肉的临床效果及安全性

摘要
目的 探讨电子结肠镜下圈套器冷切除术(CSP)与高频电凝切除术(HFE)治疗结直肠息肉(CP)的临床效果.方法 选取我院 2021 年 1 月至 2023 年 6 月收治的 70 例CP患者,随机分为两组各 35 例.对照组行HFE治疗,观察组行CSP治疗.比较两组的手术指标、应激反应、息肉完全切除率及并发症发生情况.结果 观察组手术时间短于对照组(P＜0.05).术后,观察组促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、皮质醇(Cor)水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组息肉完全切除率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 电子结肠镜下CSP治疗CP的效果更佳,可减少手术创伤,提高息肉完全切除率,降低并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of cold snare polypectomy(CSP)and high-frequency electrocoagulation resection(HFE)under electronic colonoscope in the treatment of colorectal polyps(CP).Methods 70 CP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with HFE,and the observation group was treated with CSP.The surgical indicators,stress response,complete resection rate of polyps and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),norepinephrine(NE)and cortisol(Cor)levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complete resection rate of polyps in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CSP under electronic colonoscope has better effect in the treatment of CP,can reduce the surgical trauma,improve the complete resection rate of polyps,and reduce the incidence of complications.
