Clinical Effect and Safety of Cold Snare Polypectomy and High-Frequency Electrocoagulation Resection under Electronic Colonoscope in the Treatment of Colorectal Polyps
Objective To explore the clinical effect of cold snare polypectomy(CSP)and high-frequency electrocoagulation resection(HFE)under electronic colonoscope in the treatment of colorectal polyps(CP).Methods 70 CP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with HFE,and the observation group was treated with CSP.The surgical indicators, stress response, complete resection rate of polyps and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The surgical time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After surgery, the adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),norepinephrine(NE)and cortisol(Cor)levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complete resection rate of polyps in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CSP under electronic colonoscope has better effect in the treatment of CP,can reduce the surgical trauma, improve the complete resection rate of polyps, and reduce the incidence of complications.
