Effect of CT Perfusion Imaging in Assessment of Intracranial Aneurysms Intervention and Neurosurgical Clipping
Objective To explore the effect of CT perfusion imaging in assessment of intracranial aneurysms intervention and neurosurgical clipping. Methods 94 patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into intervention group(52 cases, intracranial aneurysms intervention)and clipping group(42 cases, neurosurgical clipping)according to the surgical methods.CT perfusion imaging was performed in both groups.CT perfusion parameters, complications, and CT perfusion parameters of patients with different prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results 12 hours after surgery, the cerebral blood volume(CBV)and cerebral blood flow(CBF)of the intervention group were higher than those of the clipping group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the mean transit time(MTT)between the two groups(P>0.05).Following up for 6 months, the incidence of complications in the intervention group was 7.69%,lower than 38.10%in the clipping group(P<0.05).The CBV and CBF of patients with vasospasm were lower than those of patients without vasospasm, and the CBF of patients with cerebral infarction was lower than that of patients with non-cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusions CT perfusion imaging in assessment of intracranial aneurysms intervention and neurosurgical clipping has significant effect, which can predict the vasospasm and cerebral infarction.
