Observation on the Hemostatic Effect of Disposable Intrauterine Balloon Compression Hemostasis in Patients with Postpar-tum Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section
Objective To explore the hemostatic effect of disposable intrauterine balloon compression hemostasis in patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in our hospital from May 2020 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received B-Lynch suture hemostasis, while the observation group received disposable intrauterine balloon compression hemostasis. The hemostatic effect, blood loss, and hemodynamic indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the 2-hour and 24-hour postpartum blood loss were lower than those in the control group, and the TT,APTT and PT after treatment were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Disposable intrauterine balloon compression hemostasis has better hemostatic effect for patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section, which can reduce the blood loss, and improve the hemodynamic indicators.
