血清CA125、HE4联合CDU指标对卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤的诊断价值

中文摘要：目的分析血清糖类抗原 125(CA125)、人附睾分泌蛋白 4(HE4)联合彩色多普勒超声(CDU)指标对卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤的诊断价值.方法将 2021 年 6 月至 2023 年 6 月我院收治的 82 例卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤患者纳入研究组,另选取同期健康体检人群 90 例为对照组.分析两组的血清CA125、HE4 水平及CDU指标,绘制ROC曲线分析血清CA125、HE4 水平及CDU指标单独及联合检测对卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤的诊断价值.结果与对照组比较,研究组血清CA125、HE4 水平较高,子宫动脉RI、PI水平较低(P＜0.05).ROC曲线分析显示CA125、HE4、子宫动脉RI、PI联合检测对卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤的诊断价值最高(AUC=0.906,P＜0.01).结论血清CA125、HE4 联合CDU指标对卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤具有较高的诊断价值.

外文摘要：Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),human epididymal secretory protein 4(HE4)and color Doppler ultrasound(CDU)in ovarian mature teratoma.Methods 82 patients with ovarian mature teratoma admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as study group,and 90 healthy people at the same period were selected as control group.The serum CA125,HE4 levels and CDU indicators of the two groups were analyzed,and ROC curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of single and combined detection of serum CA125,HE4 levels and CDU indicators.Results Compared with the control group,the serum CA125 and HE4 levels of the study group were higher,and the uterine artery RI and PI were lower(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the combined detection of CA125,HE4,uterine artery RI and PI had the highest diagnostic value for ovarian mature teratoma(AUC=0.906,P<0.01).Conclusions Serum CA125,HE4 combined with CDU indicators has higher diagnostic value for ovarian mature teratoma.
