Study on Correlation of CA125 and CA153 Expressions and MRI IVIM-DWI Parameters in Patients with Breast Cancer and the Diagnostic Value
Objective To study the correlation of CA125 and CA153 expressions and MRI IVIM-DWI parameters in patients with breast cancer and the diagnostic value. Methods 86 patients with suspected breast cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and given MRI IVIM-DWI.The serum CA125 and CA153 levels were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay.Taking pathological results as the gold standard, they were divided into benign group and malignant group. The correlation of IVIM-DWI parameters with serum CA125 and CA153 levels in the malignant group was analyzed.ROC curves were drawn to analyze the value of IVIM-DWI parameters, serum CA125 and CA153 levels in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Results In the malignant group,MRI IVIM-DWI parameter D was negatively correlated with serum CA125 and CA153,and D* was positively correlated with CA125 and CA153.ROC curve showed that IVIM-DWI parameter D had the largest AUC(0.862),then serum CA153(0.753).D*,f and CA125 had an AUC below 0.70,with low differential efficacy. Conclusions IVIW-DWI parameters, and serum CA125 and CA153 levels are different between benign and malignant breast lesions;parameter D and serum CA153 are of higher value in identifying malignant breast lesions and can be potential indicators for clinical screening of breast cancer.
