Analysis on Clinical Value of Vaginal Secretion Five Joint Test in the Diagnosis of Vaginitis
Objective To explore the clinical value of vaginal secretion five joint test in the diagnosis of vaginitis. Methods 116 patients with suspected vaginitis admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to September 2022 were selected, and given dry and wet microscopic tests and five joint tests. The results of Gram staining(dry film microscopy)taken as the gold standard, the results of Gram staining detection was analyzed. The diagnostic value of routine wet film microscopy and five joint test in vaginitis was analyzed, and the consistency was calculated. Results Among 116 patients with suspected vaginitis,38 cases were diagnosed positive, with the positive detection rate of 32.76%.The diagnostic value of five joint test in vaginitis was higher than that of wet film microscopy(P<0.05).κ test showed that the consistency between routine wet film microscopy and the gold standard was acceptable(κ=0.598,P=0.000);the consistency between the five joint test and the gold standard was good(κ=0.941,P=0.000).Conclusions Vaginal secretion five joint test has higher value in the differential diagnosis of vaginitis, and has stronger consistency with the gold standard, which can provide effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
