Impact of Jinchan Zhiyang Granules Combined with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium on Skin Barrier Function and Serum Related Indicators in Patients with Chronic Eczema
Objective To explore the effect of Jinchan Zhiyang Granules combined with desloratadine citrate disodium on skin barrier function and serum related indicators in patients with chronic eczema.Methods 100 patients with chronic eczema admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desloratadine citrate disodium capsules,and the observation group was treated with Jinchan Zhiyang Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,skin barrier function,serum related indicators,and adverse reactions were compare between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,higher than 76.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TEWL and TNF-α levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the SC,WCSC,IL-2 and IFN-γlevels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Jinchan Zhiyang Granules combined with desloratadine citrate disodium in the treatment of patients with chronic eczema can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy,repair the skin barrier function,improve the inflammatory response,and effectively regulate the levels of serum related indicators,with higher drug safety.
