艾普拉唑与奥美拉唑对消化性溃疡出血患者止血效果及血清炎性因子的影响比较

摘要
目的 比较艾普拉唑与奥美拉唑对消化性溃疡出血患者止血效果及血清炎性因子的影响.方法 选取我院 2022 年 7月至 2023 年 7 月收治的 80 例消化性溃疡出血患者,随机分为艾普拉唑组与奥美拉唑组各 40 例.比较两组的疗效相关指标、炎性因子水平.结果 两组 72h内再出血率比较无统计学差异(P＞0.05).艾普拉唑组溃疡愈合时间、出血停止时间短于奥美拉唑组,出血量低于奥美拉唑组(P＜0.05).治疗后,艾普拉唑组CRP、IL-1β、TNF-α水平低于奥美拉唑组(P＜0.05).结论 艾普拉唑与奥美拉唑均有效抑制消化性溃疡出血,而艾普拉唑可明显缩短出血时间,促进溃疡愈合,抑制炎性反应.
Abstract
Objective To compare the impact on hemostatic effect and serum inflammatory factors of ilaprazole and omeprazole in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods 80 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into ilaprazole group and omeprazole group,with 40 cases in each group.The efficacy-related indicators and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the rebleeding rate within 72 hours between the two groups(P>0.05).The ulcer healing time and bleeding cessation time of the ilaprazole group were shorter than those of the omeprazole group,and the blood loss was lower than that of the omeprazole group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRP,IL-1β and TNF-α levels of the ilaprazole group were lower than those of the omeprazole group(P<0.05).Conclusions Both ilaprazole and omeprazole can effectively inhibit the peptic ulcer bleeding,but ilaprazole can significantly shorten the bleeding time,promote the ulcer healing,and inhibit the inflammatory reactions.
