Comparison on Impact on Hemostatic Effect and Ser um Inflammatory Factors of Ilaprazole and Omeprazole in Patients with Peptic Ulcer Bleeding
Objective To compare the impact on hemostatic effect and serum inflammatory factors of ilaprazole and omeprazole in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods 80 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into ilaprazole group and omeprazole group, with 40 cases in each group. The efficacy-related indicators and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results No statistical difference was found in the rebleeding rate within 72 hours between the two groups(P>0.05).The ulcer healing time and bleeding cessation time of the ilaprazole group were shorter than those of the omeprazole group, and the blood loss was lower than that of the omeprazole group(P<0.05).After treatment, the CRP,IL-1β and TNF-α levels of the ilaprazole group were lower than those of the omeprazole group(P<0.05).Conclusions Both ilaprazole and omeprazole can effectively inhibit the peptic ulcer bleeding, but ilaprazole can significantly shorten the bleeding time, promote the ulcer healing, and inhibit the inflammatory reactions.
