摘要
目的 探讨硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者疗效及神经功能的影响.方法 选取 2021 年 2月至 2023 年 2 月我院收治的ACI患者 101 例,随机分为两组.对照组(50 例)给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组(51 例)给予硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、神经功能及不良反应.结果 观察组总有效率为 92.16%,高于对照组的72.00%(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应发生率为 7.84%,低于对照组的 30.00%(P＜0.05).结论 硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林可有效提高ACI患者的临床疗效,改善其神经功能,且安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin on the efficacy and neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 101 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=50)was treated with aspirin,while the observation group(n=51)was treated with clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.16%,higher than 72.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.84%,lower than 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of ACI patients,and improve the neurological function,with higher safety.
