Impact of Clopidogrel Bisulfate Combined with Aspirin on the Efficacy and Neurological Function of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the impact of clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin on the efficacy and neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 101 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(n=50)was treated with aspirin, while the observation group(n=51)was treated with clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin. The clinical efficacy, neurological function, and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.16%,higher than 72.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.84%,lower than 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of ACI patients, and improve the neurological function, with higher safety.
