Impact of Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide Combined with Sodium Nitroprusside on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Cardiac Function in Patients with Heart Failure
Objective To explore the impact of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with sodium nitroprusside on serum inflammatory factors and cardiac function in patients with heart failure. Methods 84 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium nitroprusside, and the observation group was treated with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on the basis of the conrol group. Both groups were treated for 72 hours continuously. The clinical effect and safety were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with sodium nitroprusside has significant effect in the treatment of patients with heart failure, which can control the body inflammatory response, and promote the cardiac function recovery, without serious adverse reactions.
