Impact of Balance Promotion Training Based on FTS Concept on Knee Joint Function and Stability in Patients after Knee Cruciate Ligament Injury Surgery
Objective To explore the impact of balance promotion training based on FTS concept on knee joint function and stability in patients after knee cruciate ligament injury surgery. Methods 90 patients with knee cruciate ligament injury surgery from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the study group received balance promotion training based on FTS concept. The knee joint function and stability were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)score and Lysholm score of the study group were higher than those of the control group, while the KT-1000 detection value was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Balance promotion training based on FTS concept can significantly improve the knee joint function and stability in patients after knee cruciate ligament injury surgery, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
