Application Value of Gastrin-17 Combined with Helicobacter Pylori IgG Antibody in the Diagnosis of Atrophic Gastritis and Early Gastric Cancer
Objective To explore the application value of gastrin-17(G-17)combined with Helicobacter pylori IgG antibody(HP-IgG)in the diagnosis of atrophic gastritis(AG)and early gastric cancer(GC).Methods 50 patients with early GC(early GC group)and 50 patients with AG(AG group)admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected, and another 50 healthy subjects(control group)were selected. The serum G-17 levels and HP-IgG positive rates of the three groups were compared, and the serum G-17 levels of HP-IgG positive and HP-IgG negative patients in the early GC group were compared. The diagnostic efficacy of serum G-17 combined with HP-IgG for AG and early GC was analyzed. Results The comparison of serum G-17 level and HP-IgG positive rate among the three groups:early GC group>AG group>control group. In the early GC group, the serum G-17 level of HP-IgG positive patients was higher than that of HP-IgG negative patients(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the AUC of serum G-17 combined with HP-IgG in the diagnosis of AG and early GC was 0.749 and 0.803,respectively,which were higher than those of each index alone. Conclusions Serum G-17 and HP-IgG in patients with AG and early GC are abnormally high, and the combined detection of the two indicators for AG and early GC has high diagnosis value.
