Comparison on the Application Effects of Mifepristone and Goserelin in Patients with Endometriosis after Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective To compare the application effects of mifepristone and goserelin in patients with endometriosis(EM)after laparoscopic surgery. Methods 90 EM patients with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A(45 cases, treated with mifepristone orally after surgery)and group B(45 cases, treated with goserelin subcutaneous injection after surgery). Both groups were treated continuously for 6 months and followed up for 1 year after surgery. The sex hormone levels, uterine artery blood flow parameters, pregnancy rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of treatment, the serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)levels of group A were lower than those of group B(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment, the uterine artery pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of group A were lower than those of group B,and the peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV)was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).During the follow-up after surgery, the pregnancy rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05);No statistical difference was found in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with goserelin, mifepristone has better treatment effect on EM patients after laparoscopic surgery, which can significantly improve the sex hormone levels, uterine artery blood flow, and pregnancy rate.
