Clinical Effect of Acupoint Massage in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation and the Impact on Patients'Lumbar Core Stabilizing Muscle Group Function
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and the impact on patients'lumbar core stabilizing muscle group function. Methods 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training, while the observation group was treated with acupoint massage. The rehabilitation effect, lumbar spine function, pain degree, and lumbar core stabilizing muscle group function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 82.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the peak torque and average power of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the F/E was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupoint massage has significant clinical effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, which can improve the patients'lumbar spine function, relieve the body pain response, and enhance the lumbar core stabilizing muscle group function.
