Influence of Shenling Baizhu Powder on Micro Inflammatory Reactions and Anemia in Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure
Objective To explore the influence of Shenling Baizhu powder on micro inflammatory reactions and anemia in hemodialysis(HD)patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods 70 CRF patients undergoing HD in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder on the basis of the control group.Both groups received continuous treatment for 4 weeks.The micro inflammatory reactions,related anemia indicators,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hb,RBC and Hct of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusions In CRF patients undergoing HD,Shenling Baizhu powder plays an important role in reducing micro inflammatory reactions and correcting anemia with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
