Impact of Yanhuning Injection on IL-6,CRP and Myocardial Enzyme Levels in Children with Rotavirus Infectious Diarrhea
Objective To explore the impact of Yanhuning injection on interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and myocardial enzyme levels in children with rotavirus(RV)infectious diarrhea. Methods 96 children with RV infectious diarrhea admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to November 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ribavirin injection, while the observation group was treated with Yanhuning injection on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 5 days. The serum inflammatory factors, myocardial enzymes[lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzymes(CK-MB)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the IL-6,CRP,LDH,CK and CK-MB levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusions Yanhuning Injection can effectively control the levels of inflammatory factors in children with RV infectious diarrhea, and improve the myocardial enzyme indicators, which is safe and reliable.
