Analysis on the Application Effect of Optimizing Emergency Nursing Process in the Emergency Treatment of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To analyze the application effect of optimizing emergency nursing process in the emergency treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and acute myocardial infarction. Methods 112 patients with emergency coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(optimizing emergency nursing process)and control group(routine management of emergency nursing),with 56 cases in each group. The rescue situation and emergency quality were compared between the two groups. Results The rescue success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the rescue time, triage evaluation time and referral time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Optimizing emergency nursing process has significant effect in the emergency treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and acute myocardial infarction, which can improve the neurological function and daily living activity ability, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
