Application of Humanistic Nursing Combined with Personalized Vestibular Rehabilitation Training for Patients with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing combined with personalized vestibular rehabilitation training for patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods 98 BPPV patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and combined group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given personalized vestibular rehabilitation training,and the combined group was given humanistic nursing on the basis of the control group.The vestibular function,balance ability,vertigo symptom and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the VSI score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group,and the BBS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The DHI scores of function,emotion and body scores in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the combined group was 95.92%,higher than 79.59%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanistic nursing combined with personalized vestibular rehabilitation training can significantly improve the vestibular function and vertigo symptoms,and improve the balance ability and nursing satisfaction degree of BPPV patients.
