基于动机行为转化的渐进性康复护理联合正念行为训练在肺癌化疗患者护理中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨基于动机行为转化的渐进性康复护理联合正念行为训练在肺癌化疗患者护理中的效果.方法 选取 2020年 9 月至 2022 年 9 月我院收治的 104 例肺癌化疗患者,随机分为常规组和联合组.常规组给予正念行为训练,联合组在常规组基础上采用基于动机行为转化的渐进性康复护理.比较两组的护理效果.结果 干预后,联合组FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEF均高于常规组(P＜0.05).干预后,联合组FACT-G评分低于常规组,CD-RISC评分高于常规组(P＜0.05).结论 基于动机行为转化的渐进性康复护理联合正念行为训练可显著改善肺癌化疗患者的肺功能指标、生活质量和心理弹性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of progressive rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation combined with mindful behavior training in the nursing of chemotherapy patients with lung cancer.Methods 104 chemotherapy patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into routine group and combined group.The routine group was given mindful behavior training,and the combined group was given progressive rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the FVC,FEV1/FVC and PEF of the combined group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the FACT-G score of the combined group was lower than that of the routine group,and the CD-RISC score was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Progressive rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation combined with mindful behavior training can significantly improve the lung function indicators,quality of life,and psychological resilience of chemotherapy patients with lung cancer.
