Application of Humanistic Care Combined with Family Participation Nursing in Children with Viral Encephalitis
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care combined with family participation nursing in children with viral encephalitis.Methods 66 children with viral encephalitis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the lottery method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received humanistic care combined with family participation nursing.The symptom relief time,neurological function,limb motor function,and family satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The relief time of fever,consciousness disorder,convulsion,meningeal irritation signs and pyramidal signs in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the GCS and FMA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The family satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanistic care combined with family participation nursing can promote the relief of symptoms of children with viral encephalitis,and improve the neurological function,limb motor function and family satisfaction degree.
