Application of Integrated Medical and Nursing Care Combined with Experiential Care in the Recovery Period after General Anesthesia Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of integrated medical and nursing care combined with experiential care in the recovery period after general anesthesia surgery. Methods 110 patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received integrated medical and nursing care combined with experiential care. The recovery status, complications, and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The anesthesia recovery time, tracheal intubation removal time, and resuscitation room exit time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of restlessness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrating medical and nursing care combined with experiential care can shorten the recovery time of patients in the recovery period after general anesthesia surgery, reduce the occurrence of restlessness, and improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
