摘要
目的 探讨团队协作联合 4R管理在肺结节患者CT检查中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 3 月至 2024 年 2 月在本院接受CT检查的 100 例肺结节患者,以 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 2 月的 50 例患者为对照组,2023 年 3 月至 2024 年 2 月的 50 例患者为观察组.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用团队协作联合 4R管理.比较两组的图像质量、造影剂外渗情况、检查依从性.结果 观察组图像质量优良率高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组造影剂外渗率及外渗严重程度低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组CT扫描认知度评分及检查依从性均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 团队协作联合 4R管理可提高肺结节患者CT扫描认知度、检查依从性及图像质量,防止造影剂外渗发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of team collaboration combined with 4R management in CT examination of patients with pulmonary nodules.Methods 100 patients with pulmonary nodules undergoing CT examination in our hospital from March 2022 to February 2024 were selected.50 patients from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as control group,and 50 patients from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected as observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given team collaboration combined with 4R management.The image quality,contrast agent extravasation and inspection compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of image quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The extravasation rate and severity of contrast agent in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CT scan recognition score and examination compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Team collaboration combined with 4R management can improve the CT scan recognition,inspection compliance and image quality in patients with pulmonary nodules,prevent the contrast agent extravasation.
