Application of Integrated Medical and Nursing Care in Children with Allergic Proctocolitis Induced by Milk Protein
Objective To explore the application effect of integrated medical and nursing care in children with allergic proctocolitis(AP)induced by milk protein. Methods 90 children with AP induced by milk protein were randomly divided into reference group(n=45)and study group(n=45).The reference group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given integrated medical and nursing care based on the reference group. The family disease care ability, symptom relief time and family satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The family management measure(FaMM)scores after nursing of the sutdy group were higher than those of the reference group, and the bloody stool disappearance time, stool frequency recovery time and diarrhea disappearance time were shorter than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The family satisfaction degree of the sutdy group was 95.56%,higher than 82.22%of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated medical and nursing care can significantly improve the family disease care ability of children with AP induced by milk protein, and promote the relief of discomfort symptoms as soon as possible, with higher family satisfaction degree.
