Impact of Fast Tract Surgery Nursing on Rehabilitation and Prognosis of Patients after Esophageal Cancer Radical Surgery
Objective To explore the impact of fast tract surgery nursing on rehabilitation and prognosis of patients after esophageal cancer radical surgery. Methods 126 patients undergoing esophageal cancer radical surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, with 63 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received fast tract surgery nursing. Both groups received nursing until discharge. The postoperative recovery, psychological state, daily living ability, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fast tract surgery nursing can improve the levels of inflammatory factors in patients undergoing esophageal cancer radical surgery, alleviate the anxiety, improve the daily living ability, reduce the complications, and accelerate the recovery process.
