Impact of Comfort Nursing on Pain and Negative Emotions in Patients after Uterine Fibroid Surgery
Objective To analyze the impact of comfort nursing on pain and negative emotions in patients after uterine fibroid surgery.Methods 86 patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery in our hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into routine group and comfort group,with 43 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing after surgery,and the comfort group received comfort nursing on the basis of the routine group.The VAS score,negative emotions and stress indicators were compared between the two groups.Results 1 day,2 days,and 3 days after surgery,the VAS scores of the comfort group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the comfort group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).1 day after surgery,the serum Cor and NE levels of the comfort group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing can relieve the pain and negative emotions,and reduce the stress reactions of patients after uterine fibroid surgery.
