Observation on the Application Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on Theory of Planned Behavior Framework for Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on theory of planned behavior(TPB)framework for patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 84 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received continuous nursing based on TPB framework on the basis of the control group. Both groups received continuous nursing for 3 months. The health behavior, psychological state, and limb motor function were compared between two groups. Results After nursing, the HPLP-Ⅱand FMA scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the HADS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing intervention based on TPB framework can improve the health behavior level of patients with cerebral infarction, alleviate the anxiety and depression, and promote the improvement of limb motor function.
