Impact of Standardized Perinatal Psychological Nursing on the Mother-Role Adaptation and Delivery Self-Efficacy of Primiparas with Natural Delivery
Objective To explore the impact of standardized perinatal psychological nursing on the mother-role adaptation and delivery self-efficacy of primiparas with natural delivery.Methods 82 primiparas with natural delivery admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received standardized perinatal psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions,mother-role adaptation ability,and delivery self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of role cognition,care behavior,parent-child attachment in mother-role adaptation ability,and the GSES score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Standardized perinatal psychological nursing can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of primiparas with natural delivery,and improve the mother-role adaptation ability and delivery self-efficacy.
