Analysis on Related Influencing Factors of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder in Elderly Patients with Fractures Caused by Car Accidents
Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD)in elderly patients with fractures caused by car accidents.Methods 105 elderly patients with fractures caused by car accidents admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.The occurrence of PTSD was evaluated by PTSD civilian version screening questionnaire(PCL-C),the baseline data of patients were collected,and univariate and multivariate analysis were used to find out the related influencing factors of PTSD in elderly patients with fractures caused by car accidents.Results The incidence of PTSD in 105 elderly patients with fractures caused by car accidents was 32.38%(34/105);Univariate and Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥70 years old,divorce or widowhood,family per capital monthly income<5 000 yuan,comorbidities,pain score at admission≥7 points,and low level of family function were risk factors for PTSD in elderly patients with fractures caused by car accidents(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Elderly patients with fractures caused by car accidents have higher risk of PTSD,which is closely related to age≥70 years old,divorce or widowhood,family per capital monthly income<5000 yuan,comorbidities,pain score at admission≥7 points,and low level of family function.
