Analysis on Risk Factors for Cerebrovascular Disease in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure
Objective To analyze the risk factors of cerebrovascular disease in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods 120 CRF patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into occurrence group(n=49)and non-occurrence group(n=71)according to whether they had cerebrovascular disease. The general data of the two groups were counted, and the risk factors for cerebrovascular disease in CRF patients were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis. Results The occurrence of cerebrovascular disease in CRF patients might be affected by their age,BMI,long-term drinking, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, glomerular filtration rate(GFR),and total homocysteine(tHcy)level(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that long-term drinking, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia and high tHcy level were independent risk factors for cerebrovascular disease in CRF patients(OR=2.102,2.377,3.177,4.773,P=0.037,0.036,0.040,0.027).Conclusions Long-term drinking, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, and high tHcy level are independent risk factors for cerebrovascular diseases in CRF patients.Clinical prevention and intervention measures should be taken as soon as possible to reduce the occurrence of cerebrovascular diseases in CRF patients.
