Application Value of CTA Technique in the Diagnosis of Vascular Morphology of Myocardial Bridge-Mural Coronary Artery
Objective To explore the value of spiral CT angiography(CTA)in the Diagnosis of vascular morphology of myocardial bridge-mural coronary artery(MB-MCA).Methods CTA and coronary angiography(CAG)were performed in 200 patients with suspected MB-MCA.The diagnostic value of CTA technology for MB-MCA was analyzed. The detection results of CTA and CAG on the length of myocardial bridge and the stenosis degree of mural coronary artery in superficial and deep MB-MCA were compared. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CTA in the diagnosis of MB-MCA were 98.14%,89.74%and 96.50%,respectively.The lengths of myocardial bridge of patients with superficial MB-MCA and deep MB-MCA showed by CTA were higher than those by CAG(P<0.05),while no statistical difference was found in the stenosis degree of mural coronary artery between CTA and CAG(P>0.05).Conclusions CTA in the diagnosis of MB-MCA has high sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, which can observe the mural coronary artery, lumen morphology and structure from multiple angles, and clarify the length of myocardial bridge and the stenosis degree of mural coronary artery.
