Analysis on the Application Value of Fetal Echocardiography in the Screening of Fetal Congenital Heart Disease
Objective To analyze the screening value of fetal echocardiography for fetal congenital heart disease. Methods A total of 181 pregnant women who underwent prenatal screening in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected, and all cases were examined by fetal echocardiography. The detection of fetuses with congenital heart disease was recorded. The echocardiographic aortic and pulmonary artery blood flow parameters of fetuses with congenital heart disease and non-congenital heart disease were compared, and the screening value of blood flow parameters for fetuses with congenital heart disease was discussed. Results Among the 181 pregnant women,9 fetuses with congenital heart disease were detected by the"gold standard",with the detection rate of 4.97%(9/181).The ESRV and VTI of fetuses with congenital heart disease were higher than those of fetuses without congenital heart disease, and PSV,ET and ACT were lower than those of fetuses without congenital heart disease(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the AUC of PSV,ESRV,VTI,ET combined with ACT in the screening of fetuses with congenital heart disease was higher than that of each index alone. Conclusions Fetal echocardiography has certain screening value for fetuses with congenital heart disease.
