Prognostic Value of Uterine Artery Blood Flow Parameters Detected by Color Doppler Ultrasound in Patients with Threat-ened Abortion in the Early Stage of Pregnancy
Objective To analyze the prognostic value of uterine artery blood flow parameters in patients with threatened abortion(TA)in the early stage of pregnancy. Methods 82 patients with TA in the early stage of pregnancy were selected as the study group, and 102 healthy pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group.Color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect uterine artery blood flow parameters in both groups. The blood flow parameters of pregnant women in different groups were compared, and the efficacies of single and combined detection of S/D,RI and PI in predicting the prognosis of TA patients in the early stage of pregnancy were analyzed. Results The levels of S/D,RI and PI in the control group, the success fetal preservation group and the failure fetal preservation group showed increasing trends(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the combined detection of S/D,RI and PI had the highest predictive value for the prognosis of TA in the early stage of pregnancy(AUC=0.923,P<0.01).Conclusions The uterine artery blood flow parameters including S/D,RI and PI of TA patients in the early stage of pregnancy are high, and the combined detection of uterine artery blood flow parameters have high predictive value for prognosis.
